Gender and trans awareness training.
Trans and gender diverse people are so frequently put last in the world of sports and fitness, and part of the reason for this is a simple lack of understanding. We started BENT in part to tackle this, and we want to share our knowledge to other businesses to help them cater to the growing gender diverse population.

Self-defence workshops.
